28 years of extensive work experience in the world of education, from being a classroom teacher, academic coordinator and mentor, curriculum writer, educational leader and administrator, and currently, a college and graduate professor.
• immersed in instructional and leadership roles in all levels, both in the Philippines and in the United States of America, particularly in Texas and Washington from 2002 to 2014.
• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education major in English from Republic Central Colleges, Angeles City, graduating as an academic scholar, and magna cum laude in the mid 90’s.
• worked as a grade school teacher in Brightwoods School where he was granted Exemplary Teacher Award for 5 consecutive years and was also assigned the first post of academic coordinator where he was also granted full scholarship for Master’s degree in Basic Education Teaching and Supervision at the Ateneo De Manila University, graduating in 2002.
• He had the chance to work at the Brownsville Independent School District, in Texas and Everett School District in Washington as a school teacher, curriculum developer, and reviewer for the teachers’ Texas State Teacher License Program, in Brownsville, Texas and also worked as an educational consultant for 13 years.
• Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University in Arizona, USA in 2011.
• Awarded teacher of the year and special teacher award in Brownsville Texas, from 2003 to 2011.
• worked at an International School in Clark as a teacher, vice principal, later curriculum director, director for academic affairs and professional development from 2014 to 2017, and Deputy Director, and later moved as Administrative Head and the Academic Chancellor of the same school from 2018-2020.
• graduated with distinction, a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management from Holy Angel University, and has done international journal research presentations in Seoul, Korea and in Hong Kong.
• Is now also associate professor for master studies at Republic Central Colleges.
• Asst. Professor IV and former Vice President for Research and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Mabalacat City College, Mabalacat City.
