The Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) is a four (4) year collegiate degree program in the fields of Hospitality and Tourism Education. It is offered for individuals who are interested in yielding a career in the ever-dynamic tourism industry in the country and abroad. The program prepares students to become Expert Managers in different facilities such as Accommodations, Travel, Events, Recreations, Food and Beverage alongside the Hotel Sector.
The program is fully recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and is Level 1 accredited by the Association of Local Colleges and Universities-Commission on Accreditation (ALCU-COA). The program offers experience-based learnings by providing students: the newest and state-of-the art simulation rooms and laboratories and well-trained and competent faculty members with specialized training in AMADEAUS - an international standard booking and reservation systems used by travel agencies across the globe. Students enrolled in the program get the chance to have local and international tourism exposures, cabin crew training, and other relevant trainings. After four years of rigid studies and trainings, students become exceptional professional managers and leaders running and promoting the vibrant tourism industry in the country.
We take pride with our alumni now engaged with different airline companies as flight attendants for domestic and international travel, and other graduates engaged with various tourism offices around the country working for the promotion of National and Local Tourism. Others are working in hotel industries as managers with notable praises and high appreciation. With the growing cosmopolitanism in the local and regional level, tourism practitioners will certainly have a role to play.
