Mr. Jan Michael Sanchez has a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management from Holy Angel University and took a year of internship at Marriott Riverwalk and Rivercenter San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A. He also had an experience working in the kitchen of Discovery Shores Boracay, a 5-star beach resort in the Philippines. He was also a Tourism Ambassador of the City of San Antonio Texas.

Holding a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Holy Angel University, he is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
