On June 17th during Global Garbage Man Day, the world takes time to recognize the dedicated efforts of the men and women who keep the communities clean. Oftentimes, they are being described as the people who collect garbage, recyclables, and scraps from houses and neighborhoods by a variety of names. People often appreciate their regular arrival, whether they are sanitation workers or commonly known as Garbage Man.

In line with this, Mabalacat City College celebrates its first Sanitation Workers Appreciation Day at the Student Center. “Sanitation Workers Appreciation Day is policy-protected so they expect an annual celebration”, Dr. Ong added.

On behalf of the Local Government of Mabalacat, Hon.
