Ms. Florient G. Non, Health Services Unit Head, reiterated the Joint Memos and Advisories concerning Health and Safety Protocols issued by the College.

"The Administration is serious in implementing health and safety protocols. This is to protect every employee of the college in line with the surging case of Covid-19 Delta Variant"

Ms. Charisse Morales, Talent Acquisition Officer of the People Management Unit, shared a new Personal Requisition Form regarding the additional workforce or replacement of the workforce. The new form is introduced to lessen the number of forms to be filled up by the heads of each office.

Further, Mr. Genesis Z. "As much as possible we want our training to be specific and relevant to our employees. We would encourage units to participate in developmental activities suited to the identified needs for the current position of employees to acquire possible developmental and professional growth. Aside from that, the Administration also wants to give incentives and awards for Units, Organizations, Teaching, and Non-Teaching Staff. This is to recognize the employee's effort in delivering excellent service to the college", Mr. Macapagal added.
