Follow the simple steps below to complete the Plagiarism Scan Process and to keep your work original!

 

STEP 1 SEND AN EMAIL

Send an email to [email protected]

Subject line: Date_Name of Institute_Program, Year/Section_Surname, First Name

(e.g. Jan0224_IBCE_IT 4B_DelaCruz, Juan).

 

Include the following in the email body

 

1.       Soft Copy of the Manuscript; INTRODUCTION up to CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION (Chapters 1-5 for APA format thesis). EXCLUDING the BIBLIOGRAPHY, ABSTRACT, DEDICATION, TABLE OF CONTENTS, and APPENDICES.

         File name: Manuscript_Date_Name of Institute_Program,Year/Section_Surname, First Name

(e.g. Manuscript_Jan022024_IBCE_IT 4B_DelaCruz, Juan)

 

2.       Separate the sending of the title page.

File name: Title page_Date_ Name of Institute_Program, Year/Section_Surname, First Name

(e.g. Title Page_Jan022024_IBCE_IT 4B_DelaCruz, Juan).

 

Attach your Manuscript in Word and PDF formats.

NOTE: The students may CC (Carbon Copy) their research instructor permitted.

 

STEP 2 WAIT FOR RESPONSE

Wait for the Center for Community Research and Innovation Office to respond within 2-3 working days. Further instructions will be indicated in the email response.

 

STEP 3 PAY SCAN FEE

Pay in cash or by GCash transaction on the details provided in the in the email response. Secure a documentation of the payment; OR # for cash or Screenshot receipt for GCash Payment. Provide/send it to [email protected]

 

STEP 4 CLAIM CERTIFICATE

Claim the Plagiarism Scan certificate once available at Center for Community Research Innovation Office (Research Office) on MB116.

 

STEP 5 SIGN RECORD BOOK

Sign the record book before receiving the Plagiarism Scan certificate. The result of the scan will be quickly discussed.

 

STEP 6 RE-SCAN (if necessary)

Repeat steps 1 to 5 if there is a need to rescan the Manuscript.
