It was truly a worthwhile milestone for MCC educators to experience the Continuing Professional Development webinar hosted by the College in partnership with the DepEd Division of Mabalacat. The presentation by Dr. Jennifer Q. Cunanan, the Chief Education Supervisor was nothing short of informative brimming with lessons and insights.

Dr. Cunanan shared that, ‘…change is the permanent thing in our lives…’. She encouraged academicians to innovate; to reconfigure the teaching and learning in virtual classes.

Moreover, Dr. Cunanan spoke about professionalism in teacher leadership. She interactively put forward the characteristics of a professional teacher by asking the educators about their best attributes. Through this, Dr. Jennifer shared her experiences in being a teacher-leader optimistically.

The CPD webinar ended with the appreciation of the participating educators on the successful virtual event.
