VIBE for Inclusivity with I-PEACE (Indigenous Peoples Equitable Access to College Education) Program which ensures the indigenous peoples’ access to college education.

Members of the IPs who are senior high school graduates and apply for admission shall automatically be admitted as a first-year student. However, in order to determine which program the applicant is suitable for, he/she will still need to go through the admissions process.

Requirements:

• Accomplished Online Application Form (Submit in printed form)

mcc.edu.ph/admissions/applicant/freshmen/form

• One (1) 2x2 formal ID picture
• Certified true copy of Form 138
  • For SHS Graduates – 1st and 2nd semester grades of Grade 12
  • For current Grade 12 students – 1st and 2nd semester grades of Grade 11

• Barangay Endorsement
• Long Brown Envelope

Provide Voter’s ID/ Voter’s Slip (of Student or Parent) or National ID Slip (of Student or Parent) as proof of residency

Note: if Voter’s ID/National ID slip can’t be provided, any TWO (2) of the following IDs that indicate Mabalacat City as residence address would suffice:

UMID

Driver’s License

PWD/Senior Citizen’s ID

Solo Parent ID

or any other IDs that indicate Mabalacat City as residence address.
