Are you the first in your family to go to college? VIBE with the automatic admission slot given to you by MCC Una Program!

MCC Una (First-Generation Special Admissions Program) caters to applicants whose parent(s) did not complete a 4-year college or university degree, regardless of other family members' level of education.

Qualified applicants will automatically be given a slot to become a member of the CRIMSON TRIBE. Following the standard procedure on the admission process and a certificate of eligibility coming from the CSWDO will ensure their admission to MCC. This special admission program is for Mabalacat residents only.

Requirements:

• Accomplished Online Application Form (Submit in printed form)

mcc.edu.ph/admissions/applicant/freshmen/form

• One (1) 2x2 formal ID picture
• Certified true copy of Form 138
  • For SHS Graduates – 1st and 2nd semester grades of Grade 12
  • For current Grade 12 students – 1st and 2nd semester grades of Grade 11

• Certificate of Eligibility (First-gen) From City Social Welfare Development Office
• Long Brown Envelope

*Note: Mabalacat Residents only
Provide Voter’s ID/ Voter’s Slip (of Student or Parent) or National ID Slip (of Student or Parent) as proof of residency

Note: if Voter’s ID/National ID slip can’t be provided, any TWO (2) of the following IDs that indicate Mabalacat City as residence address would suffice:

UMID

Driver’s License

PWD/Senior Citizen’s ID

Solo Parent ID

or any other IDs that indicate Mabalacat City as residence address.
