12 MCC Programs Vie for COPC

Assuring the college’s compliance to CHED requirements while ensuring the quality of education, 12 MCC programs underwent application evaluation and assessment for Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) that CHED Regional Office III spearheaded on 10 February 2025.

Curriculums and related documents of 12 programs were inspected by CHEDRO-III. Programs evaluated include Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Associate in Computer Technology, Bachelor of Arts in History, Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Secondary Education, Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Physical Education and Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTEd).

Additionally, CHEDRO-III also scrutinized each degree’s requirements including administration, faculty, library, laboratory and equipment, instructional facilities, and student support. They have also toured the main and Dapdap campuses to examine the college’s facilities and equipment.

OIC Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Marilyn S. Arcilla welcomed the CHEDRO-III delegation comprised of Dr. Efren Abulencia, Engr. Teodoro Paras, Dr. John Wesley Calagui and Mr. Francis De Guzman. Through this activity, the college guarantees that students acquire the best education possible by adhering to the standards set by CHED.
