The Institute of Business and Computing Education won first place (Cambodia), followed by the Institute of Arts and Sciences (Thailand) in second place, the Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management (Cambodia) in third place, and the Institute of Teacher Education (Singapore) in fourth place.
