Mr. Isabelo "Bicong” del Rosario donated more than 10 boxes of costumes to Mabalacat City College on November 16, 2021.

The donated costumes were from the different theater productions produced by the now-defunct Academy of Performing Arts (APA), a summer school for gifts and talents in Angeles City owned by Mr. del Rosario. Familiar productions such as “The King and I”, “Noli Me Tangere'', ''The Philippine Musical Tour”, and “Ang Lihim” are part of the ensemble.

Events and Production Head Mr. Edren Bauzon expressed his gratitude and stated that, "I am very thankful for the costumes, props, and accessories donated by Mr. ''Bicong". This is a great help in our production[s], it actually opened the doors for us to produce cultural films in the near future."
