Sangguniang Panglungsod of Mabalacat City OKs MCC’s Budget for 2022

Olongapo City - The City Government of Mabalacat, through its Sangguniang Panlungsod on Friday, November 26, 2021, approved Mabalacat City College’s budget for 2022. The total budget approved for MCC is 177 million pesos which is a 20 million increase from this year’s budget.

MCC President Dr. Michelle Aguilar-Ong presented the budget before the committee. She said that the budget is based on the priorities and thrust of 2022 which are the school’s reopening for limited face-to-face as well as to support the five new programs that MCC will offer next academic year.

The VP for Finance and Administration Happy S. Pelayo assisted her. VP Pelayo added that part of the budget is good news for MCC employees because it meant to follow the salary standardization law which will be implemented this coming January.

The three-day Executive Budget Deliberation FY 2022 which commenced on November 25 was held at Best Western Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
