The Crimson Tribe: Brimming Excellence in the 2022 Chinese Spring Festival

Mabalacat City College together with the University of the Philippines Diliman, Confucius Institute, University of Makati and City College of Angeles joined the Chinese Spring Festival celebrations with the theme: "China and the Philippines will Heal as One'' on January 31, 2022 via Zoom.

Brimming with perseverance and determination, the Institute of Business and Computing Education (IBCE) students namely Simone Rafaela M. Tanglao (BSA 2A), Joanne C. Panchito (BSA 2A), Kyla C. Ocampo, Joy De Leon (BSA 3A), Gia C. Calma (BSA 4A), Jennalyn Bautista (BSA 3A) and Janicha Tarrayo - BSA 3A worked as a tribe and bagged spots on several competitions including Filipino Lantern with Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Folding Fan, Chinese Painting and Chinese Songs.

The Institute of Business and Computing Education Dean Dr. Mryna Calma shares, "My heartfelt congratulations to all our Mandarin students of BS Accountancy on winning and participating in the Chinese Calligraphy, Facemask, Face Shield Design and Chinese Folding Fan Competition during the 2022 Chinese Spring Festival, held on January 31, 2022 organized by the Confucius Institute - University of the Philippines Diliman. All your hard work, commitment and creativity have paid off. We are proud of you! Once again, congratulations and keep on rocking!"

Indeed, the victory is another testament of the Institutions’ commitment to provide an education that is nothing short of incredible.
