Mr. Vince S. Capil is a graduate of Customs Administration and a Customs Broker License Exam (CBLE) Board passer. He has worked as Customer Service and in Operation for 4 years in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry. Presently, he is a full-time faculty of the Institute of Business and Computing Education.
