BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM), formerly known as the Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management is a four (4) year collegiate degree program that prepares individuals to manage and spearhead hospitality enterprises in the country. It trains students not only on technical but also in entrepreneurial skills including equipping them the knowledge of Marketing, Operations, Budgeting, and Strategic Planning in the Hospitality Industry.

The program is recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and is Level 1 accredited by the Association of Local Colleges and Universities-Commission on Accreditation (ALCUCOA). In their 4 years of studies, the students are trained to exhibit mastery of the culinary skills in food preparation of both local and international dishes, food and beverage preparations, hotel operations and maintenance, and other related fields in the hospitality industry. Students in the program experience the following in their instruction: 5-Star Hotel Familiarization, On-board Training, Barista Trainings, Event Organizing and other trainings provided by partner companies. With the different high-class Industry partners of the program ranging from superb hotels to fine dining restaurants, students will certainly be exposed to not only the best but of quality management and services.

The Institution takes pride of its newest and industry-standard simulation laboratories inside the campus ensuring the students its readiness for on-the-job trainings and actual work experiences essential to hotel operations.
