MCC to Expand Partnership in Hospitality and Tourism with BiTP

In an effort to expand international partnership, Mabalacat City College met with Bali Tourism Polytechnic (BiTP) to explore cooperation in the field of Hospitality and Tourism on 14 February 2025. This focused on academic and cultural exchanges through faculty and student exchange programs, collaborative workshops and conferences, and joint research initiatives.

TAU Benchmarks MCC

Imparting its best practice, Mabalacat City College welcomed a delegation of 40 Top Management and Administrators from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) on 20 February 2025. Various offices and departments discussed their flagship programs and services through a parallel meeting.

Mabalacat City College and BPI BanKo Work Together to Strengthen Financial Literacy

Mabalacat City College (MCC) has teamed up with BPI Direct BanKo Inc. (BanKo) to simplify the process of opening bank accounts and managing finances for students. This collaboration allows students to open a BanKo account either online or on-campus, encouraging them to begin saving and investing early in their financial journey.

MCC Spearheads Community Admissions Drive

Furthering its service to the community, Mabalacat City College partnered with the 27 barangays in Mabalacat City to gather incoming college freshmen. This is to ensure that no Mabalaqueño student is left behind in acquiring quality education.

Assuring the college’s compliance to CHED requirements while ensuring the quality of education, 12 MCC programs underwent application evaluation and assessment for Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) that CHED Regional Office III spearheaded on 10 February 2025.

PLASTIC FREE ADVOCACY

As the Field of Study Head for Professional Education, my advocacy in life is all about the “ZERO WASTE PLASTIC MANAGEMENT” in general. And as the former Pioneering Adviser of the Science Educators Guild (SEG), under the Institute of Teacher Education, since then, together with the student organization, we are dreaming and planning to meet the zero-waste plastic management under the “PLASTIC FREE ADVOCACY” to be specific in the College.
