Section 1: Based on the Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular (CSC MC) No. 19, s. 2005 as amended by CSC MC No. 22, s. 2016, the following are the minimum qualification standards:

  • Step 1

    Click on the "Folder Sequence" to download a pre-structured folder, and then proceed to unzip it.

  • Step 2

    Open "Folder 1 (MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARD)" and upload all the required documents.

    *If any requirements are incomplete, refrain from advancing to Step 3.

  • Step 3

    Navigate to "Folder 2 (COMMON CRITERIA EVALUATION)" and upload the necessary documents.

    *All uploaded documents must be in PDF format
    *For uploading of documents, please follow the document format (ex. Potrait or landscape)

  • Step 4

    Rename the folder using the format (Surname, Given name, Middle name_Position Applied For), zip the file, and send it via email to [email protected]. Alternatively, you can save it to a flash drive and submit it in person at the People Management Unit Office (PMU) at Mabalacat City College, Dolores Main Campus, from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding holidays), until March 16, 2024.
