1. What are the programs offered by the school?

2. What are the requirements for enrollment?

Answer: For New Students:

  • Two (2) 2x2 pictures
  • One (1) 1x1 picture
  • Original copy of Form 138 (Grade 12 Senior High School Card)
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
  • Original copy of Barangay Certificate of Residency
  • Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character (A or B rating)
  • One (1) Long Brown Envelope

For Transferees:

  • Two (2) 2x2 pictures
  • One (1) 1x1 picture
  • Original Transcript of Records
  • Original Transfer Credentials
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
  • Original copy of Barangay Certificate of Residency
  • Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character

3. How much are the school fees?

Answer:

  • Tuition fee is 150 per unit. Breakdown will be:
    • Units (it varies depending on what the institute and registrar approves)
    • Miscellaneous = 1, 675
    • Admissions fee = 100
    • Data as of 1st Semester AY 2019-2020 from the Cashier’s Office
  • But as for Mabalacat City Residents the tuition fee is for free.

4. Can I enroll in College despite graduating from the old curriculum?

Answer: For the Academic Year 2020-2021, we still accept applicants who graduated using the old curriculum.

5. What is the process for admissions?

Answer: Procedures of admissions:

  1. Apply online by visiting the Admission Office Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/MCC.AdmissionsOffice and fill out the form on the site.
  2. Upon notice, there will be an Institute interview by the Deans or Field of Study Head (FOSH).
  3. Results of the applications as well as the issuance of permit to enroll will be release through email.
  4. Submissions of requirements and issuance of student number by the Registrar follows.

6. Can I enroll even though I am not from Mabalacat City?

Answer: Definitely, yes. Although priority is given to student applicants from Mabalacat City, applicants from different localities are also welcome and given opportunities.

7. When is the enrollment?

Answer: For our incoming freshmen and transferee applicants, the applications for the Academic Year 2021-2022 will be on January 15 to March 31, 2021.

8. Do you accept transferees?

Answer: Yes, but with reservation based on the decision and approval of the academic department.

9. Do you have a Methods of Teaching course?

Answer: Yes, we will surely open our Admissions for Methods of Teaching but we are still waiting for the release of the proper guidelines for the enrollment.

REGISTRAR

1. Are we open for face-to-face transactions for the claiming of Diploma, TOR, or Copy of grades?

Answer: Yes we are open for face-to-face transactions that is scheduled every Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. However, we impose a reservation of appointment basis to observe proper social distancing and health protocols. Reservations of slots procedures are posted to Mabalacat City College Registrar’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/MabalcatCityCollege.Registrar/ or to its official email account at [email protected]

2. How can I change my civil status from being single to married, or correct my misspelled name or wrong birth day information?

Answer:

  • Contact the Registrar office through Mabalacat City College Registrar’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/MabalcatCityCollege.Registrar/
  • The Registrar will provide a form
  • Submit the needed requirements for the changing of data status
  • Registrar will process the submitted complete requirements
  • Wait for the release of results.

Answer:

  • Download and fill out a form provided at the Mabalacat City College Registrar’s Facebook page and send it to Registrar’s official email account at [email protected]
  • Wait for the approval (which will be sent to your e-mail) of the application to shift.

ABOUT MCC

1. Where is MCC located?

Answer: Mabalacat City College is located at Rizal Street, Dolores, Mabalacat City Pampanga, Region III.

2. How can I get there?

Answer: Mabalacat City College is located at Dolores Mabalacat City and near to other localities like Bamban, Magalang and Angeles. It is accessible to different public utility jeepneys and just a one-way ride from Bayanihan Park, CSEZ Angeles City. MCC can also be accessed from the different strategically-linked to different mega highways like NLEX, SCTEX and TPLEX.

3. Do you have night classes?

Answer: Classes are weekdays and Saturdays, with morning, afternoon and evening schedules. Schedules vary depending on the program. ROTC is every Sunday.

Answer: The facilities available in MCC are Computer and Biology Laboratories, HRM kitchen and hotel rooms, Simulation Rooms, Recording Studio, Speech Laboratory, and Pre-School Room.

1. How can I update my email address or contact number in my student portal?

Answer: If you wish to update your e-mail address or contact number in your student portal, forward your Student Number and updated email address or contact number to the Management Information System (MIS) office through MIS Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/MIS.MabalacatCityCollege/

2. How to reset my password?

Answer: For the resetting password, you must provide your Full name, Mother’s name (optional), and your student number to MIS office through MIS Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/MIS.MabalacatCityCollege/

3. Why I can’t open my student portal?

Answer: Factors include, forgotten current password and/or system failure.

4. What should I do when I can’t view my grades?

Answer: Simply take a screenshot on your PC or cell phone regarding the error, then send it to MIS office through MIS Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/MIS.MabalacatCityCollege/ and wait for the changes.
