Susan E. Manuel LPT, MPES

Ms. Susan E. Manuel is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Physical Education at Angeles University Foundation in 1997 and has earned her professional teacher’s license in 1998. She obtained her Master of Physical Education and Sports at the Pamantasan Lungsod ng Maynila in 2008. Currently she is undergoing her dissertation writing for her Doctorate degree- Doctor of Education major in Educational Management at Don Honorio Ventura State University.

She started her teaching profession immediately in basic education as a full-time secondary teacher for 11 years in different private schools namely: St. Augustine Academy of Pampanga (1997-2003), Holy Family Academy (2003-2005) and Jose C. Feliciano College (2005-2006). She started teaching in tertiary level as a fulltime instructor at Asian Institute of Science and Technology in 2006-2010. A part-time instructor at AMA College- Angeles Campus and Holy Angel University in 2007.

In 2010, she started serving at Mabalacat City College and became the Program Head for Physical Education and NSTP in 2011- 2015 ; Program Head in Secondary Education in 2016-2017;  Field of Study Head in Physical Education in 2017- 2019 under the Institute of Arts and Sciences. Field of Study Head in PE and BPEd Program in 2020-2021 of the Institute of Arts, Sciences, and Teacher Education (IASTE). Field of Study Head in BPEd Program in 2021-2022 of the Institute of Teacher Education. 

Ms. Manuel manages various school events both in curricular and extra-curricular activities as a sports/athletic coordinator, performing arts coordinator, program organizer, sports coach and active in helping ang giving extension in the community and parish. 

She was affiliated with different professional organization – International Association of Physical Education and Sports and Philippine Folk Dance Society -National and Regional as a lifetime member. At present she is the immediate past President of the Philippine Folk Dance Society – Pampanga Chapter.

At present, she is a permanent full-time faculty member at Mabalacat City College in the Institute of Teacher Education.
