Jennyfer N. Merza MBA

Full-Time Faculty

Ms. Jennyfer Merza is an accomplished professional in the field of Tourism Management and Business Administration. In 2014, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from St. Nicolas College of Science and Technology. Continuing her academic journey, she earned a Master in Business Administration from Our Lady of Fatima University in 2020.

She has actively contributed to student development, serving as the Adviser of the League of Tourism Students of the Philippines (LTSP) - Mabalacat City College Chapter from 2018 to 2020. During this time, she played a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring students within the student organization.

Furthermore, from 2020 to 2022, she  held the position of Program Head for the BS in Tourism Management at the Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Mabalacat City College.

Presently, Ms. Merza continues to make substantial contributions to the industry as the Board of Director for the Council of Hotel & Restaurant Educators of the Philippines (COHREP) - Central Luzon. Simultaneously, she serves as the Dean of the Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Mabalacat City College, spearheading educational initiatives and providing strategic direction to ensure the success of students in the ever-evolving field of tourism.
