Abstract
This study presents the development of AloHOA, a web-based Homeowners Association Management System designed to streamline administrative processes, enhance security, and improve resident engagement for Xevera Subdivision, Mabalacat City. The system features amenity booking, online payment integration via Xendit gateway, incident reporting, chat support, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and Role-based Access Control (RBAC). It also provides a dedicated module for homeowners and tenants to manage monthly rents and process move-out clearances. Developed using the modified Waterfall Model of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the system was built with the VILT stack, comprising Vue.js v3, Inertia.js v1, Laravel v10, and Tailwind CSS v3. The system underwent rigorous evaluation based on ISO 25010 standards, assessing Functional Suitability, Compatibility, Interaction Capability, Security, and Flexibility. Alpha testing yielded an overall mean score of 4.77, while beta testing demonstrated improvement with a mean score of 4.78, both categorized as “Excellent”. The developed system aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 (Quality Education), 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).
