Abstract
This study developed Intellicode: Learning Tool & Personalized Coding Assessment, a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) designed to address fragmented learning experiences in programming education caused by general-purpose platforms like Microsoft Teams. Tailored for the BSIT program at Mabalacat City College, Intellicode integrates course delivery, coding practice, automated assessment, and digital credentialing into a unified platform. It features a built-in multi-language code editor, an AI-powered code checker with real-time feedback, a secure coding exam environment, and automated issuance of verifiable certificates. Guided by the iterative prototyping model and evaluated using ISO/IEC 25010 standards, Intellicode achieved “Excellent” ratings in both Alpha (M = 4.82) and Beta (M = 4.87) testing, confirming high functionality, usability, and security. Enhancements such as OTP verification and improved authentication strengthened reliability and user experience. Aligned with UN SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), Intellicode promotes technology-driven instruction, efficiency, and engagement in programming education, effectively meeting its development objectives.
