Kapanimpla: A Web-Based Ordering and Customization System for Silung Coffee

Abstract
Coffee plays an important role in daily well-being, supporting alertness, focus, and motivation while also fostering social connection. Silung Coffee, located in Brgy. Poblacion, Mabalacat City, was established to blend Kapampangan cultural heritage with modern coffee culture and to promote community engagement aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, 9, 11, and 12. This study developed a system intended to enhance the café’s operational efficiency and service delivery. Using a structured development approach, the researchers conducted alpha and beta testing to assess the system’s functional suitability, interaction capability, security, and flexibility. The alpha test produced an overall rating of 3.96, while improvements implemented afterward resulted in a higher beta test rating of 4.41. These results indicate that the system effectively met its performance criteria, demonstrating strong functionality, usability, security, and adaptability. Following comprehensive evaluation, the system was found to support Silung Coffee’s goals of improving operational processes while advancing its cultural, educational, and sustainability-driven mission.
