Abstract
This study presents MediTrack+, a web-based healthcare management system developed to improve medical record handling, workflow efficiency, and patient care. The system addresses common issues such as fragmented records, manual documentation, and challenges in monitoring patient information by integrating secure patient data management, inventory monitoring, sales reporting, progress tracking, and laboratory result management. MediTrack+ was developed using the Modified Waterfall Model of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Its quality was evaluated based on ISO 25010 standards through alpha and beta testing conducted by IT experts and medical professionals. Results showed high levels of acceptance, with an overall mean score of 4.92 (Strongly Agree) in the alpha test and 4.47 (Agree) in the beta test, indicating strong performance in functionality, efficiency, reliability, usability, security, maintainability, and portability. Security obtained the highest rating in both evaluations, highlighting confidence in data protection. Overall, MediTrack+ is a reliable and user-centered digital solution that supports the modernization and effective management of healthcare services.
