Abstract
PetKlinika is a web-based veterinary management system developed to modernize clinic operations by automating appointment scheduling, pet disease verification, real-time communication, and QR-code-based pet identification for lost and found reporting. Designed for a veterinary clinic in Pampanga, the system addressed common issues in traditional manual processes such as delayed bookings, mismanaged records, and inefficient information retrieval. Developed using the Prototyping Model, PetKlinika features dedicated panels for administrators, veterinarians, and pet owners, supporting tasks like medical record management and automated QR generation. Evaluation through Alpha and Beta Testing based on ISO 25010 standards showed high user acceptance, confirming the system’s effectiveness in improving workflow efficiency, data management, and overall service delivery in veterinary clinics.
