StenoCoach: Stenography Learning Management System for Mabalacat City College

Abstract
StenoCoach is a web-based learning management system designed to enhance stenography learning among Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) students of Mabalacat City College. The platform offers interactive lessons, real-time practice drills, a virtual stenotype keyboard, quizzes, progress tracking, and digital certificates to support effective skill development. StenoCoach was developed using the Modified Waterfall Model of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and evaluated based on ISO/IEC 25010 standards, including Functional Suitability, Compatibility, Interaction Capability, Security, Performance Efficiency, and Flexibility. Alpha testing achieved an overall mean score of 4.93, while beta testing obtained a mean score of 4.78, both interpreted as “Excellent.” The system aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (SDG 9), and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), by promoting accessible and technology-driven stenography education.
