Abstract
The study developed the Visondyna Job Board, a web-based job application and job listing management system for Visondyna Manpower General Services. It was designed to address limited online job visibility, manual applicant tracking, fragmented records, and slow communication with job seekers. Built using Next.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and shadcn/ui, the system integrates user authentication, applicant profiling, job posting and status management, work experience and skill-based recommendations, digital application forms, data export, visualization tools, HR direct messaging, and in-app and email notifications. The system design was guided by storyboards, system flowcharts, functional decomposition diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, use case diagrams, and a Gantt chart, and was developed using the Agile Scrum approach. It was tested through alpha testing with three IT experts and beta testing with ten admin/HR users and twenty job-seeker users. Evaluation used ISO/IEC 25010-based survey instruments focusing on Functional Suitability, Interaction Capability, Flexibility, and Security. Alpha testing obtained an overall weighted mean of 3.73 (Very Good), while beta testing produced Excellent results, with weighted means of 4.32 for admin/HR users and 4.49 for job-seeker users. The findings show that the system performed well in technical validation and achieved stronger user acceptance after revisions. By digitizing key recruitment processes while remaining compatible with Visondyna’s semi-digital operations, the system improves application tracking, reduces administrative workload, enhances communication, and strengthens applicant engagement. It also provides a practical model for manpower agencies and supports more efficient labor matching aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 9.
