Abstract
In the Philippines most of the common problems that people are facing is the road violations, penalties and mostly accidents that causes fatalities along the road. The common mistakes of committing violations, penalties and accidents are from those people who are unknowledgeable about the traffic road rules and regulations like the basic rules by obeying traffic lights, traffic signs and other safety protocols in the road. These problems in the road can be prevented if drivers are obeying the rules and regulation in the road. As stated by the World Health Organization (WHO) Yearly 1.3 million died because of conflicts along the road that is how risky the road was if people are unknowledgeable in driving. This study aims to examine and provide a solution that would help to reduce the risk of accident and prevent committing penalties and violations while driving on the road which would mainly in the Philippines. In order to gather data the researcher conducted a survey and searching online that would be used to conduct the study for developing a mobile application called iLTGo which is an Informative Land Transportation Guide Mobile App that can help and assist people to lessen the risk of accident and committing violations or penalties in the daily travel on the road. This study also indicates that most of the drivers in the Philippines are driving without licenses, which is a form of violation or penalty in the road.
