Abstract
On-the-job training (OJT) is one of the many duties assigned to students, in which they begin practicing and gaining experience in the industry for their future. Therefore, the researchers conducted a study OJT training monitoring system that may help out the struggles of trainees and trainers in terms of time management, communication, logging in and out, and monitoring each student. Not only the Trainees and Trainers will be going to have less hassle time. The researchers chose OJT monitoring system as a study for android APK for easiest way to be accessible and more efficient for students to operate using mobile phones. The convenience of the study is to give more benefits for the students, OJT coordinator, and the Mabalacat City College, a massive role in providing more advancement of technology in the modern world. Modified Waterfall model used in methodology and the best software that was more efficient in developing and improving the model. Also, to test the system and improve it as needed. For the conclusion mean score of the Alpha tester has 95.08% that can be Verbally interpreted to “Very Valid”. For the mean score of the beta tester has 98.33% that can be verbally interpreted to “Very Valid”. Finally, successful alpha and beta testing results demonstrated that the web view application met the specifications using the collected evidence. The research concluded that the application: OJT Records Monitoring system: A Web View Application for logging and Out using QR Code was a success.
