Abstract
Nowadays, due to the change in eating patterns brought on by the more than two years of global lockdown, people all across the world have gained a lot of weight. People had no alternative but to stay at home and engage in inactive behavior as all gyms, parks, and other facilities were closed to prevent the virus from spreading. The focus of the study is that it allows cyclist to cycle indoor with a use of a roller and outdoor while tracking the cyclist's speed, calorie burned, and total distance. The researchers developed a mobile application and IoT prototype titled "PADYHAC: Proprietary Application for Dietary, Your Health, and Cycling". The researchers used Arduino, a hall sensor, and a breadboard to build a microcontroller-based Internet of Things prototype that can be attached and detached to a bicycle. The following features were included in the creation of the mobile application: input of BMI, trivia, tracking of distance, viewing of real-time speed, completion of daily tasks, and virtual reality road. Based on the findings and analysis, the generated study was found to be satisfactory. The study PADYHAC: Proprietary Application for Dietary, Your Health and Cycling was implemented by the researchers after the development, testing, and evaluation of the created mobile application. The following suggestions are made in light of the discussion of the results and conclusions for further developing PADYHAC: The mobile software can be made much better by include comprehensive diet and nutrition charts, Users of the study may be able to import and export data so they can save, restore, or backup their files whenever they like, The researchers advise incorporating new features into the application and attempting to create an iOS version of the current application for future researchers.
