Abstract
The online House listing industry is competing to offer more detailed accessibility and improved search choices, which helps tenants as a tap of a finger offers more valuable information. FIESTA Communities, Inc. was created with the intention of providing the working class in the Philippines with inexpensive housing and improving lives. The general objective of the study is to develop a system entitled “A 3D Simulation Model of Online Fiesta Communities House Listing with Site Map '' that can make it easier for people looking for a place to live and people who wants to visit the Communities without having to go directly to fiesta communities. The researchers utilized and used the Modified Waterfall Model methodology as a guide in the system development. The researchers create a 3D simulation model of an online Fiesta Communities house listing with a site map that is web-based. Based on the client's design, this website provides a unique 3D house design as well as specifics about the home, such as the property type, sale type, house sizes, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, and the number of rooms. The system was evaluated based on its functionality, reliability, portability, usability, performance, security, compatibility, and maintainability. The alpha test garnered an overall mean score of 4.6 and the beta test garnered an overall mean score of 4.98, both tests had been verbally interpreted as “Strongly Satisfied”. After considering all the data, the researchers concluded that the overall objective of the study had been met.
