Abstract
Information technology has improved the ability to exchange knowledge and accelerate the flow of information and communication. From event registration and check-in to promotion and reporting, this platform assists event planners in achieving success in all parts of their events. That is why the researcher of this study aimed to develop an online event management system for Drag Race Pilipinas. With this web application, it can manage event information and event schedule with ease and efficiency. The system can inform and update about the upcoming events and generate a QR code sent to participants' registered emails, which serve as ticket entry for the venue. It also makes the system response that can adapt to mobile view and simple access features. The chosen methodology is an iterative model, and it primarily focuses on preliminary growth and design, then gradually develops until the final software is wholly constructed. By following the necessary methods and procedures, the researchers successfully provided "E-RacEvent: An Online Event Management System for Drag Race Pilipinas" that the users can access online using a desktop or mobile browser. The integration testing was completed successfully, with no errors being generated in user functionality, portability, usability, reliability and continuing to work typically. The web application met all the requirements written in the objectives and scope of this study. Future researchers may broaden the locale's content, create apps for various platforms, and add new features like an online payment application program interface.
