Abstract
People may now design items that will make life easier and more comfortable for everyone. People were drawn to vending machines because it is convenient to use, they can also provide quick service that can attract people to the things they offer. It can also be able to give clients good services that are both accurate and efficient. As a result, in the business world, it is ultimately feasible and profitable. The general aim of the study is to design and develop an embedded device and a mobile application entitled “PRO’TECH: Anti-Covid ProTECHtive Kit Vendo Machine with Mobile Inventory App “ a vending machine that has capable to dispense basic needs in this time of pandemic; monitors stack supply; view its current revenue and sold inventory item using the Mobile application. The researchers gathered relevant information to develop the Arduino-based Vendo machine system through collaborative shared ideas, interviews, internet research, and library research. The researcher used Arduino Nano; jumper wires, coin slots, spiral motor, Wi-Fi modules, LCD screen, and push buttons. Using the Android Studio, the mobile application was designed, develop, and created. The developed functional vending machine of the researcher would be able to dispense one of three choices of item. These three items are Facemask (5pesos), Face shield (15pesos), and Alcohol (10pesos). The developed mobile application was successfully able to interact with the developed Vendo machine using Wi-Fi connection and would be able to monitor stack supply and views its current revenue and sold item.
