Mabalacat City College recognizes that poverty is not just a lack of income; it is a barrier to education and a roadblock to opportunities. With this, MCC devised programs and services in the Academic Year 2021-2022 that not only break down financial barriers but also expand horizons for our students. MCC aims to ensure that every student reaches their full potential and transcends the cycle of poverty. Through these initiatives, MCC not only shapes future leaders but also alleviates the inadequacy of students.
