Mabalacat City College recognizes the vital role of education in removing inequalities and improving quality of life. In its commitment to providing accessible quality education, MCC formed partnerships with international institutions to offer a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) and organize online conferences and symposiums. The College also actively participated in international education information sessions and provided international education opportunities to its students. With these programs, the College remained steadfast in its vision of being the top choice in quality education and training even amidst the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.
