Application for Graduation

To all prospective candidates for graduation for the Academic Year 2023-2024. The filing of graduation application is from April 8 to April 26, 2024.

Please assist us by adhering to the deadline and following the procedures.

Step 1: Download and fill out the Application for Graduation form (MCC Reg. No. 15) from the Mabalacat City College Registrar's Facebook Page. (Check the link in the comment section.) *Print the application form in folio size format (8.5x13).

Step 2: Submit your duly accomplished form with recent passport-size picture (white background w/ name tag) to your respective Institute clerk for the Recommending Approval of your Field of Study Head and Dean.

Step 3: Once signed, submit the form to the College Registrar. Thank you. Stay safe and keep hydrated!
