August 09, 2021

In pursuit of the Mabalacat City College's Core Values, Mr. Genesis Z. Macapagal conducted an action research beneficial to all MCC employees. This program is composed of activities promoting the welfare of every personnel. His study titled 'Promoting Employee Wellness in the Midst of COVID-19 Pandemic' has earned the spot in the International Journal of Science and Research (IJSR) and is now published in Volume 10 issued on August 08, 2021.

The MCC Family rejoices as his endeavor is recognized through the remarkable review of the IJSR Editor in Chief, Dr. R. M. Deshmukh. Indeed, Mr. Macapagal has unveiled his excellence interculturally: this now serves as a springboard for future researchers as MCC moves forward in the Now Normal.

Again, we are giving our warmest congratulations to Mr. Genesis Z. Macapagal!
