First Mobile Vaccination at MCC Digihub-Camachiles

The first mobile vaccination was launched today July 24, Saturday, by Mabalacat City Local Government Unit through its Covid-19 Response Integrated System or shortly known as Project CRIS.

Eight hundred (800) barangay Camachiles residents are expected to receive their first jab in this end-to-end vaccination process which starts with the registration process, vaccination, and 30 minutes monitoring.

Project CRIS is a top priority project of the Hon. Mayor Crisostomo C. Garbo and as a community helper, MCC offered the Digihub resources and technical assistance of its MIS unit. Through close coordination with LGU-MIS Karlo Aurelio David and Project CRIS focal person Dr. Jay Rivera, MCC-MIS Head Erick Jaie David, and his team provided network infrastructure and queuing system.

According to MIS Head Engr. Erick Jaie David, the process started at 6 o’clock in the morning and there will be new schedules soon in other barangays where MCC digihubs are located. “It is always a pleasure for us in the local college to be of service especially at this time of the pandemic, never that we will hesitate to be a part of the solution of this global crisis in any way we can”, he remarked.

Mayor Crisostomo C. Garbo personally inspected the mobile vaccination at Camachiles. Mayor Cris said that this is one step closer to the town’s herd immunity and that another mobile vaccination will take place in MCC Dapdap Campus this coming week, “we will continuously work for the protection of all Mabalaqueños”, he said.
