Mabalacat City College Signs an Agreement with Sitio Haduan

Mabalacat City College purposely signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) represented by the College President Dr. Michelle Aguilar-Ong, Dr. Melanie Viloria-Briones (IASTE Dean), Darren T. Molano (IHTM Dean), Dr. Dennies L. Tacadena, (ICS Dean), Dr. Myrna C. Calma (IBE Dean) and Mr. Niel P. Rigdao (Kayantabe Director) together with Brgy. Marcos Village Chairman Hon. Archiebon Estanislao and Sitio Haduan Chieftain Mr. Roy Tanglao Chieftain last August 23, 2021.

The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) of MCC and Sitio Haduan sets forth the implementation of the Community Extension Services of Mabalacat City College in organizing projects for the development of its adopted communities.

Mabalacat City College, primarily in charge of forging partnerships with the community, also strengthens its advocacy currently centered on literacy improvement, environmental awareness, and cultural preservation. 

On the other hand, President Ong said that this project will make a huge impact on the adopted community of the college stressing on the importance of local colleges as economic drivers.

The event brought together over 100 first-year students, equipping them with skills in life-saving and fostering commitment to social responsibility.
