Mabalacat City College Welcomes Limay Polytechnic College for Benchmarking Initiative

24 October 2023 - Mabalacat City College (MCC) graciously opened its doors to the visiting delegation of Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) in Bataan, led by its President, Dr. Elmer B. de Leon for a benchmarking initiative focused on MCC’s best practices and expertise in various critical areas, including Curriculum and Instruction, Internationalization, Research, Student Life, Library Services, and Administration.

This collaborative endeavor provided LPC with a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into MCC's successes and innovations, all of which contribute to its well-deserved reputation for academic excellence and holistic development.

Dr. Elmer B. de Leon expressed admiration for MCC's structural development and technological advancements. He specifically highlighted aspects of MCC's Community College Framework, including its admission system, curriculum design, and micro-credentialing system.

This benchmarking activity represented a significant step toward fostering synergy and continuous enhancement within the academic sector. It underscored the unwavering commitment of both institutions to provide high-quality education and unwavering support for their students' development.

Since January 2023, MCC has had the privilege of welcoming 16 institutions for benchmarking activities. This dedication to collaboration highlighted MCC's mission of becoming an inspiration for educational innovation and knowledge-sharing. The college remains committed to opening its doors to institutions, whether private or public, seeking to exchange knowledge, innovations, and best practices.
