Mabalacat City College congratulates Board of Trustee Dr. Imelda DP. Soriano for having her paper entitled “Oath of Government Employees-Based Standards and Organizational Commitment in a Local Government Unit in Central Luzon, Philippines”, DOI: 10.36079/lamintang.ij-humass-0402.284 accepted for publication at the double-blind peer-reviewed “International Journal of Humanities, Management and Social Science (IJ-HuMaSS)”, ISSN: 2685-2330 (print) & 2685-2322 (online). It will be published in December 2021 (Vol. 04, Issue No. 02).

International Journal of Humanities, Management and Social Science (IJ-HuMaSS), is a scientific journal published by the International Association of Educators, Scientist, Technologist, and Engineers (IA-ESTE) at the international level that aims to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of Humanities, Management and Social Science including in the area of community services.

Providing students, faculty, staff, and the community with insights and opportunities for studying abroad, Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD), widely known as the German Academic Exchange Service (GAES) conducted an information session on studying and researching in Germany on 26 April 2025. The event was part of MCC’s Reach-out and Move (ROM) Program, which aimed to invite various international academic exchange agencies to increase student and faculty mobility in the academe.

Believing that international linkages directly impact workforce development, Mabalacat City College (MCC) President Dr. Michelle Aguilar-Ong shared MCC’s best internationalization practices in a presentation titled, “Enhancing Workforce Development Through Internationalization,” during Emilio Aguinaldo College-Cavite (EAC-Cavite)’s Academic Convocation, where she served as a guest speaker on March 18, 2025, at EAC-Cavite Multipurpose Hall.
