"As much as possible we want our training to be specific and relevant to our employees. We would encourage units to participate in developmental activities suited to the identified needs for the current position of employees to acquire possible developmental and professional growth. Aside from that, the Administration also wants to give incentives and awards for Units, Organizations, Teaching, and Non-Teaching Staff. This is to recognize the employee's effort in delivering excellent service to the college", Mr. Macapagal added.
