MCC Graduating Students Attend Financial Literacy Seminar

The Mabalacat City College Office of the Vice President for Global Relations, Opportunities, and Workforce Development (MCC GROWD) organized a Financial Literacy Seminar at MB102 and MB103 smart classrooms for the graduating students from the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), Associate in Computer Technology (ACT), and Bachelor of Science in Biology (BS Biology) on 20-21 June 2023. The seminar aimed to empower the students with the tools and knowledge to effectively manage their finances and to make smart financial decisions. It also focused on providing the students with valuable insights about savings, emergency funds, retirement planning, and income protection.

MCC Alumna, Ms. Arianne Agustin shared her expertise and knowledge in navigating the complexities of personal finances. She also provided tips on how they can accumulate wealth and secure their financial well-being.

Aside from ensuring the employability of its graduates, MCC also ensures that they will have financial freedom through financial education. This will serve as a catalyst for positive change in the lives of its graduates and their families.
