Makati, Manila — Mabalacat City College participated in the 50th anniversary celebration of bilateral relations between the Czech Republic and the Philippines on 16 October 2023 at Fairmont Makati. This event brought together diplomats, government officials, and dignitaries from various nations.
This was also a celebration of the National Day of the Czech Republic. Prominent personalities in the international relations including Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Czech Republic to the Philippines Mr. Dalibor MIČKA attended the event. The event featured an array of activities showcasing the rich culture, history, and achievements of both the Czech Republic and the Philippines.
MCC Vice President for Global Relations, Opportunities, and Workforce Development Mr. Raymond John Vergara, Assistant Vice President for Workforce Development Engr. Joshua Ken Policarpio, and Assistant Vice President for Linkages and International Affairs Mr. Kevin Aaron Peralta aimed to strengthen educational and cultural ties between the two nations through their participation. This emphasized the importance of international collaboration and academic exchange.
The 50th anniversary of Czechia-Philippines bilateral relations not only marked the historical milestones in their partnership but also demonstrated the potential for further collaboration in the fields of trade, culture, and education.
