MCC Prof Assumes PPC Top Post

Mabalacat City College (MCC) Visiting Professor Noel Tulabut assumes the top post of Pampanga Press Club (PPC) after having been elected as its president. Tulabut, who is the former Communications Manager of the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), teaches purposive communication in MCC and has been a long-time columnist of Sunstar Pampanga.

He also wrote for The Voice, Today Newspaper, and Business Mirror. The highlight of his career is his coverage of the UN General Assembly where he elevated local media to the global front from 2004 to 2009.

Tulabut will serve as PPC president from 2022-2024. PPC is a 72-year old organization of journalists in the province.

Mabalacat City College (MCC) participated the 2nd International Conference on Lantern and Cultural Studies on 21-23 February 2024 at the University of Assumption in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The conference provided a platform to explore diverse cultural themes, foster cultural awareness, and encourage appreciation for different cultures.
