MCC-QAA Conducts File Naming Convention and Records Keeping System Policy Orientation

Mabalacat City College Quality Assurance and Archives (MCC-QAA) Office conducted its orientation on File Naming Convention and Records Keeping System Policy Orientation via Microsoft Teams on August 18, 2021.

Mr. Michaelangelo Cayanan, QA and Archives Director, explained the mandate of the National Archives of the Philippines to all agencies that were tasked to develop a uniform filing system in order to maintain and control records.

Further, MCC-QAA reminded all units of the College to strictly follow the standard File Naming Convention system as part of Document Inventory. Quality Assurance Officers, as part of the implementation process, were also reminded to conduct monthly inventory checks.

The MCC Administration continues to value the preservation of records that have permanent or historical value in the archives of the College.

MCC, Rotary Club of Mabalacat Empower Learners through Homecare Management Program

Taking another leap toward community empowerment, Mabalacat City College and Rotary Club of Mabalacat partnered to launch the Homecare Management Program on 29 March 2025. This is a five-week intensive training program designed to equip them with essential homecare management skills, intending to open doors to better employment.
