MCC Student Leaders Pay Courtesy Visit to the College President

The newly-elected Supreme Student Council (SSC) and the Institute Governors spearheaded by the Director of the Office of the Student and Cultural Affairs (OSCA), Mr. Niel P. Rigdao, paid a courtesy visit to Mabalacat City College (MCC) President, Dr. Michelle Aguilar-Ong, last July 5, 2021.

The student leaders were accommodated by the College President at the MCC Boardroom. During the conference, the SSC and the Executive Committees presented their platforms for the benefit of the studentry of the Academic Year 2021-2022. After the presentation of the student leaders, Dr. Ong shared her position paper on Consequence-based Activities. She also discussed the essence of good governance in public service and elaborated on how MCC, for instance, responded to the pandemic.

The College President also informed the student officers on the transition of the Digihubs to MCC PLUS (Personalized Learning Unit for Students). Subsequently, the student leaders were enlightened on the process of crafting their proposals that could also be linked to the offer of Dr. Aguilar-Ong to utilize the MCC Plus, which is a full-blown online facility for the students, in carrying out the upcoming activities of the SSC and the Institute Student Council (ISC).
