3rd Batch of MCC and VXI Contact Center Services Certificate Training Successfully Concludes

Mabalacat City College (MCC) successfully concluded its 3rd batch of the MCC x VXI Contact Center Services Certificate training program from October 9 to 13, 2023, at the MCC Lifelong Learning Center. The training aimed to provide essential skills and knowledge needed across various industries.

The training program is a specialized curriculum encompassing a range of topics including an introduction to the professional world and various intricacies of English language usage. In an intensive 5-day program, trainees had the opportunity to improve their English language skills that would potentially prepare them to secure positions in the BPO industry.

Angelica Tumapang, a trainee from the 3rd batch, expressed her gratitude to MCC and VXI for their dedication to improve employment opportunities for Mabalaqueños. This also echoes the sentiment of many trainees who see the program as a pathway to a better future. Furthermore, VXI Clark Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Trainer Ms. Cherry Mae Antonio commended the trainees for their commitment and proactive learning approach.

MCC and VXI remain steadfast in their commitment to nurturing talent and providing employment possibilities. This is aligned with their efforts to empower the citizens of Mabalacat City and contribute to the region's overall growth and prosperity. 16 August 2024 – Mabalacat City College (MCC), through its Workforce Development Office and Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management successfully concluded a 50-hour Bread and Pastry Training Program, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Mabalacat. The completion ceremony for the 70 participants was held at the MCC Hometown Bar and Restaurant.
