Mabalacat City College and Rotary Club of Mabalacat Forge New Partnership for Homecare Management Program

February 17, 2025

February 06, 2025 – Mabalacat City College (MCC) and the Rotary Club of Mabalacat have officially entered into a new partnership agreement aimed at enhancing the Homecare Management Program. The signing ceremony, held at the MCC Smart Classroom, marks a significant milestone in both organizations' dedication to advancing education and Homecare Management in the community.

The Homecare Management Program, a collaborative initiative between MCC and the Rotary Club of Mabalacat, is designed to equip students with the essential skills needed to provide quality home-based care. This new partnership comes at a critical time when the demand for skilled homecare workers continues to rise, particularly in light of an aging population and the growing need for healthcare services in home settings.

“We want our partners to be assured that their programs are meeting their goals... I really hope that we will extend more service to our community,” said Dr. Aguilar-Ong, President of Mabalacat City College.

Through this new agreement, community members will have access to specialized training, workshops, and real-world exposure to various homecare services, guided by professionals from the MCC.

Rotary Club of Mabalacat President, Mr. William Banal, underscored the significance of this initiative. “This partnership is a great example of our commitment to serving the community. By working closely with MCC, we’re helping train the next generation of homecare professionals.” he said.

The program will be accessible to members of the community, offering opportunities for certifications and possible employment upon successful completion.

Both Mabalacat City College and the Rotary Club of Mabalacat are excited about the benefits this new partnership will bring to the community, focusing on empowerment through education and homecare management.
